Dogs Deserve Better is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to freeing chained or penned dog as well as helping dogs who are abused, neglected, homeless and abandoned. Their goal is to rescue, rehabilitate and help abused dogs find homes where they can live inside with a loving and caring family.
